Orders can be collected from our Bath Factory. Please select ‘Pick-up - Bath Factory’ when placing your order and you will be emailed when your order is ready to collect.
Orders are usually ready to collect within 2-3 hours from placing the order, but please wait for your confirmation.
Bath Store

Delivery
For the UK mainland, paint orders received before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day for delivery next working day.
You can choose pre-12pm and Saturday or Sunday deliveries for an extra charge. Orders need to be received before 12pm Monday-Friday
We are only open Monday to Friday so any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind when arranging to receive goods and appointments for decorators.

International shipments
Please get in touch for a shipping quote for any European country not specified or for international shipments over 32kg
All international shipments are insured to cover the full order value.
All prices include VAT. Customs clearance fees/duty may be charged on receipt. These are payable in full by the recipient.
Returns
Paint
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for paint orders as all our paint is tinted to order. We recommend you order a sample before committing to a colour so you see how it looks in your home.
Other Goods - Brushes, wax and homewares
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in sellable condition. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the product has been opened or used, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer.
You should return any product to the address below, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives back with us. So we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service.
We will take up to 7 working days to process your return, if a refund is to be issued that will then be processed within this time. We will email you with confirmation of your refund being processed. Your bank/credit card company can take up to 14 days to process the refund into your account.

Damaged or Faulty Orders
If you believe your paint is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 28 days in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. Proof of damage or fault will be required before we are able to replace your items.
